Buyer’s checklist

Are you concluding a DIAS housing transaction? Use this checklist to make sure you have done everything that is required and are ready to sign the DIAS transaction.

Have you read the deed of sale carefully?

  • Remember to read the deed of sale carefully when you receive it from the real estate agent. Please report any errors or unclear points to the real estate agent immediately.

Have you signed the loan documents if you are getting a loan?

  • Before signing the loan document, you must agree with your bank on the details of the loan and other actions to be taken in the transaction.
  • If you are not sure whether you have signed the required documents, please contact your bank.

Is the collateral required for your possible loan in order?

  • If other collateral is provided for your mortgage in addition to the property being acquired, the related arrangements must be agreed directly with your bank during the preparation phase of the transaction at the latest. Please note that all collateral providers must sign the necessary documents with the bank and the loan must be ready for withdrawal at the bank for the transaction to proceed to the signing phase from the bank's perspective.

Do you have a valid ID and online banking credentials?

  • You will sign the deed of sale and appendices using your online banking credentials. Before starting the signature phase, make sure that you are using strong electronic authentication. If you do not use strong electronic authentication, please contact your bank or telecom operator.
